Online order was missing an entire ice cream cup. They were diligent to give me my toppings but somehow missed the ice cream. I’m left with enjoying my graham crackers with fudge and marshmallows.

I have been an Amy’s fan and customer for years since I moved to ATX in late 90s but unfortunately the last few times I have been kind of disappointed. Had to write a review today. My kids had craving for Amy’s so we came here tonight and they were out of Hot Fudge. There were hot fudge jars for sale but not for serving. They didn’t offer any complementary alternatives but charged for pecan praline sauce which was 30% of the cost of the Tiny for a dallop and toppings are getting expensive too.

Super cool spot for ice cream. They had some type of Pokémon promotion when I went. Obviously had to try one. The pokeball sundae one resonated with me the most. It was a great treat for the hot Texas summer. Their regular flavors were seemed great too. Staff was super friendly. She was very sweet and apologized for the delay but it’s ok. Everything still came out quick.

I had a strong desire for some ice cream and must say, this establishment offers a unique experience, even when compared to Andy's. I particularly enjoy root beer floats, and I was pleased to receive the remainder of the can for a refill. Additionally, they provide a diverse selection of toppings for children; my daughter especially enjoyed the marshmallows and gummy bears, which is a rare find in many places. I would certainly consider returning.

What’s not to love about Amy’s Ice Creams? Delicious flavors (some are constant on the menu, some are seasonal), friendly service always, several scoop sizes & toppings to choose from, clean and tidy atmosphere, and it’s an Austin original chain! I always get the coffee ice cream sans toppings, but on my latest trip last week, I tried a bunch of other flavors - you’ll love Honey Pot if you like biscoff or honey, Strawberry Basil is super light and fresh although it feels more like a summer flavor rather than winter, Choco Berry is like their Choclate covered Strawberries but as an inversely paired ice cream flavor. I already know I’m coming back for the Zilker Mint Chip, (and maybe for Coffee too).
